Mc Chouffe with garlic chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
  • 300 gr Dark chocolate
  • 100 gr egg white
  • 50 yolk of egg
  • 1 spoon of Maple sugar
  • 225 gr of cream
  • 1 coffee spoon of Garlic Darégal
  • 1 small bottle of Mc Chouffe
Bereiding
Heat the Mc Chouffe and add the chocolate, add the maple sugar and stir, add yolkegg white, garlic and cream. Mix well and add 2 x gas in Espuma siffon.
